Mobile messaging privacy
Roadhouse Grille does not share, sell, rent, or provide mobile phone numbers, text-message content, or messaging opt-in and consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
What we collect
When you plan or book an event, contact the team, call, text, or use Roadhouse AI, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, event and booking details, messages, call or chat transcripts, communication preferences, and technical activity needed to keep your customer history connected. Payments are handled by Stripe; Roadhouse does not store your full card number.
How we use it
We use this information to answer questions, prepare quotes, plan and service events, send requested menus or agreements, provide booking and payment updates, support customers, prevent misuse, and maintain an accurate history of your Roadhouse relationship.
Website voice conversations
Customer voice chat uses your microphone to let you speak with the Roadhouse AI. Audio is processed by our voice service to understand and respond to you. New customer website voice conversations save text transcripts with your chat, not audio recordings in Roadhouse’s recording archive. Authorized Roadhouse staff can review the transcripts to help with your event. You can type instead, mute your microphone, or stop voice at any time. The owner’s own signed-in admin sessions may retain private audio recordings. Any previously saved recordings remain private; you may contact Roadhouse about correction or deletion of eligible records.
Text messages and calls
If you expressly agree to texts, Roadhouse Grille may send low-volume booking, event-planning, payment-status, and customer-care messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Calling or texting Roadhouse may create a transcript or operational record. Before a Roadhouse call is recorded, we give an upfront notice; callers can ask to stop recording and continue without it.
Service providers and sharing
We use contracted service providers only to operate Roadhouse services such as communications delivery, AI assistance, secure payments, email delivery, hosting, and customer-data storage. They may process only the information necessary to perform those services for Roadhouse and may not use it for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Roadhouse does not sell personal information. Mobile phone numbers, text-message content, and messaging opt-in and consent data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to serve your event, maintain business and payment records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. You may ask Roadhouse to correct or delete eligible personal information, subject to records we must retain for business or legal reasons.
